RETURN POLICY - 30 day money back guarantee from date of delivery.  Items must be returned in the same exact condition as sent.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition except for manufacturer defects and incorrect items.  Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus the shipping and handling charges.  Buyer pays for the shipping on a returned item unless it has a defect or is incorrect.  Use the contact page to request an RMA # for returning the product.
